What is the return policy?

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For more clarification check out the return policy page.

What are the shipping options?

We ship our products through our third-party shipping providers like blue dart, dtdc, delhivery, etc.

What are the taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

You are required to pay the GST [3% in case of jewelry items] on the products you’re buying and 18% GST on the delivery charges that are applied to your final invoice.

When will I receive my order?

We usually ship our products within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. It will take about 7-10 days maximum to reach you.

What do I do if I never received my order?

You can raise a complaint with us and we’ll see why the product has not reached you. We’re committed to a faster customer resolution.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Report it to your customer care service, we’ll inspect the complaint. If we find that the product is defective because of us we’ll refund or exchange the concerned product as soon as possible.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Reach out to your customer service they’ll help you with our order.

Where are you located?

We’re located in Barasat, Ramkrishanpur near Nabarun Sangha Club, Kolkata-124 (N). P.O. + P.S.= Barasat.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Handmade products such as jewellery & handicraft items are made by our artisans. The materials are sourced from wholesale markets of Kolkata, West Bengal.
